The Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee will host a District 31 Candidate Forum on Tuesday, October 5th at 6PM. The Forum will be held on campus of Black Hills State University in the Jacket Legacy Room located on the second floor of the Student Union.
