Dr. Scott Stoltenberg, associate professor of psychology at Black Hills State University, and BHSU graduate Samantha Hersrud, have recently published an article in the journal Eating Behaviors. The article highlights Hersrud’s master thesis project, which she conducted while enrolled in the masters in integrative genomics program at Black Hills State University.
