Courtney Dahlgren, a recent graduate of Timber Lake High School, is this year’s recipient of the Joe and Elaine Floyd Scholarships, a four-year scholarship of $48,000. Dahlgren will attend Black Hills State University in the fall and plans to major in elementary education with a minor in coaching.

The Office of Academic Affairs at Black Hills State University has released the dean’s list for the spring of 2014 semester.  A total of 734 students maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or above while taking at least 12 credit hours to be named to the list this semester.
