“Marathon Woman” Katherine Switzer will speak at Black Hills State University Thursday, Oct. 27 in the Clare and Josef Meier Recital Hall with two identical presentations at 9:30 a.m. and at 11 a.m.
A sampling of the George Frederic Handel’s arias, written and inspired by the artist’s influential years in Italy, will be performed Sunday, Oct. 23 at 4 p.m. in the Clare and Josef Meier Recital Hall on the Black Hills State University campus, with a pre-performance reception at 3:30 p.m. in the foyer.
