The South Dakota District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today the Black Hills State University Foundation in Spearfish has been awarded a $750,000 grant to establish the South Dakota Women’s Business Center. The funding, which comes from the SBA, is provided to economic development organizations who directly assist entrepreneurs in South Dakota with special emphasis on women.

This summer students and staff from the Network and Computer Services Office at BHSU visited the lab to access its IT needs.
