A mobile museum exhibit will visit Black Hills State University as part of its spring tour in the David B. Miller Yellow Jacket Student Union Jacket Legacy Room April 24 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., including an 11 a.m. presentation that further explores the topic.  The exhibit is part of TRACES Center for History and Culture, a Midwest/World War II history museum based in St. Paul, Minn.
