Included in the speaker lineup are prominent leaders such as former prime minister of the United Kingdom, Tony Blair; and best selling author of The Fred Factor, Mark Sanborn.

The Black Hills State University Rodeo Team will host the second annual Will Lantis Yellow Jacket Stampede Rodeo Friday, April 24 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, April 25 at 1 p.m. The Cowboys and Candlelight dinner and auction will be held Saturday evening at the Holiday Inn in Spearfish.
