Black Hills State University will hold a Wine & Cheese Tasting fundraiser Thursday, April 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bay Leaf Carriage Room.
The event, presented by BHSU, Berry’s Best Desserts, and The Bay Leaf Café will feature a round table guided discussion focused on French cheeses, including Brilliant Savrin, Cantal, Bleu De Gax, Mimolette (1 year), Banon, and Abbaye De Belloc.
Proceeds will benefit BHSU athletics. Tickets may be purchased before Tuesday, April 1 at Berry’s Best Deserts, the BHSU athletic department, or The Bay Leaf Café and are $45 each or $80 per couple. Space is limited. For more information, contact the BHSU athletics department at 642-6882.
