BHSU alumnae, Elaine Doll-Dunn, used humor and history to explain the rules of etiquette for each course as it was served. The dinner was also an opportunity for the students to meet with BHSU alumni and community professionals. Each table was hosted by an alum or a member of the professional community who facilitated conversation about the business world, shared their own career experiences, and guided students in use of proper etiquette.
The event was co-sponsored by the BHSU Student Ambassadors, Career Center, Student Senate and Alumni Association. The meal was catered by A’viands (BHSU Dining Services).
