Renowned mountain guide to speak at BHSU

Renowned Exum mountain guide Peter Lev will share his mountain guiding experience Mon., Nov. 26, at 10 a.m. in Black Hills State University’s Clare and Josef Meier Hall room 127. 

Since the 1920’s, Exum has provided mountain guides for climbers from beginning to advanced levels.  Lev has been a mountain guide for 47 years.  Highlights of his career include first ascents of the Lev Route on the Underhill Ridge of the Grand Teton, the East Buttress of Mt. McKinley, and several other expeditions.
