BHSU TO HOST CRACKERBARREL SESSION SATURDAY

Black Hills State University will host a crackerbarrel Saturday, Feb. 1 at 9 a.m. in Club Buzz on the lower level of the David B. Miller Yellow Jacket Student Union.

The governmental affairs committee of the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce sponsors the crackerbarrels to keep the public informed on the 2014 Legislative session and to give people the opportunity to ask local Legislators questions. District 31 Reps. Fred Romkema and Tim Johns will be present along with District 31 Sen. Robert Ewing.

Another Spearfish crackerbarrel is scheduled for March 1 at 9 a.m. in the Student Union.

Crackerbarrels are also planned in neighboring communities:

o   Belle Fourche – Feb. 22nd at noon at the Belle Inn.

o   Sturgis – Feb. 22nd at 9 a.m. in the Erskine Building.

o   Rapid City – Feb. 1, Feb. 22 and March 1 at 9 a.m. in the SDSMT Classroom Building.
