annual Alumni Mile weekend Jan. 25 and 26.
“This event allows for our current student athletes to connect with athletes from the past,” said BHSU head track and field coach Seth Mischke. “The support from the Stadium Sports Grill helps make this event possible”.
The ‘warm-up’ will take place Friday, Jan. 25 with an evening social at the Stadium Sports Grill (after the high school invitational track meet).
The ‘starting line’ of the race begins Saturday, Jan. 26 at 12:15 p.m. in the Donald E. Young Sports & Fitness Center Field House preceding the Dave Little Invitational college track meet.
Following the Alumni Mile and the University mile races,there will be ‘finish line’ activities with lunch, sponsored by the Stadium Sports Grill, served in the Yellow Jacket Hall of Fame room.
The ‘cool down’ will start at 4 p.m. with a social at the Stadium Sports Grill.
