BHSU Community Chorale to present concert

The Black Hills State University Community Chorale will present The Sprig of Thyme, Saturday, Nov. 12 at Clare and Josef Meier Recital Hall on the BHSU campus at 7:30 p.m.

The Sprig of Thyme, directed by Dr. Jonathan Nero, assistant professor of music at BHSU, includes a suite of folk songs from the British Isles. The program also includes Missi Brevis by Dietrich Buxtehude and Three Quartets by Johannes Brahms, performed by a small group.

Admission to the concert is free and open to the public, although donations for scholarships are welcomed. For more information, contact Dr. Jonathan Nero at (605) 642-6628.
