Faculty transform lives

Black Hills State University faculty are making headlines and transforming lives.

Dr. Wei Song, associate professor of marketing, had her paper titled “Formation of Supermarket Brands in China: the Case of Shanghai” accepted by the International Academy of Management and Business (IAMB) Conference Selecting Committee for publication in the conference proceedings and oral presentation at the IAMB Conference in November.

Dave Wilson, associate professor of visual arts, is a curator of an exhibit that is on display at Dickinson State University. The exhibit is a collection of 20th Century vintage movie posters. The collection features posters that film studios commissioned for display in and around the theatre to advertise films. These rare posters are hold a certain amount of nostalgia since the process of illustration has been lost by advances in technology.
