Every spring for the last six years the BHSU Psychology Club has planned and hosted a dance for residents of the Northern Hills Training Center (NHTC). The dance provides an excellent opportunity for BHSU psychology faculty and students to come together and socialize with the NHTC residents and staff, notes Dr. Aris Karagiorgakis, assistant professor of psychology and advisor of the Psychology Club.

According to Barb Sulzbach, NHTC staff member, the residents always look forward to the dance. “Once they heard about it, that’s all they talk about. They enjoy it very much. It’s a great way for them to get out and be involved,” Sulzbach says.
