BHSU to host Soldier Recognition Ceremony to honor the deployment of student soldiers

Black Hills State University will host a Student Soldier Recognition Ceremony April 7 to honor student soldiers who will be deployed.

The public is invited to a ceremony that begins at 12:15 p.m. in the Student Union Atrium to hear speakers, patriotic songs, and enjoy treats.

“This is the perfect opportunity for BHSU and the community to honor the deployment of our students,” says Kim Nida, assistant director of Financial Aid and VA Certifying Official at Black Hills State University.
