Black Hills State University will host a Dakota Rising Small Business Fair and Luncheon Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 10:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in the David B. Miller Student Union Jacket Legacy Room on the BHSU campus.
Keynote speaker, Randy Zwetzig, founder of Coyote Gold Margaritas-the microbrew of margaritas, will speak about his entrepreneurial ventures at 12:30 p.m. Zwetzig, a Newell native, has started two companies and invested in another entrepreneurial venture.
During the business fair and luncheon the Dakota Rising program will present information about how small businesses can apply to compete for fellowship of $10,000 and a 3 year membership.
The event is sponsored by the Spearfish Dakota Rising Team; BHSU and the Center for Business, Entrepreneurship and Tourism; Spearfish Economic Development Corporation; South Dakota Rural Enterprise and S.D. Center for Enterprise Opportunity.
