Two Black Hills State University students are showcasing global photography in an exhibit on campus this spring.
Amanda Allred, recent BHSU graduate from Spearfish, and Aric Bakeberg, photography major from Rapid City, announce their photography exhibit “Into Their World.” This exhibit consists of imagery made during summer internships in two very different parts of our world: coastal China and Swaziland, Africa.

While the images from each photographer are different in approach, both beautifully represent the people of each country. Bakeberg takes viewers into both urban and rural China, representing a variety of people in that area. Allred's images introduce the viewer to the children and families of poverty stricken Swaziland.

“Into Their World” will remain on display through April 15 in the second floor student lounge of Clare and Josef Meier Hall at BHSU. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
