BHSU to host upcoming music events

Black Hills State University will host several music events beginning this weekend.

The Dakota Chamber Orchestra will be held Sunday, Nov. 15 at 2:30 p.m. in the Clare and Josef Meier Recital Hall. Music to be performed includes works by Gluck, Bach, Mozart, Mendelssohn, Gershwin and more.

BHSU student Ashton VandenHoek from Jamestown, Mich., will hold a senior voice recital Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Recital Hall.

Thursday, Nov. 19 Dr. Randal Royer will conduct a Jazz Ensemble at 7:30 p.m. in the Recital Hall.
