BHSU to host first Fridays breakfasts

Black Hills State University will begin the “First Fridays: Breakfast with the Arts” series Sept. 4 at 9:30 a.m., in Clare & Josef Meier Hall, Room 128 on the BHSU campus.

Everyone is welcome to enjoy a short music performance by a music student or faculty member. Free coffee and muffins will be provided at the event as well as parking permits.

The September program “Meet the Faculty” will be an introduction to the current music faculty members. The Oct. 2 performance features students preparing for the state college music competition, Nov. 6 Joe Kissak and Chris Roman will give a guitar and string bass performance, and Dec. 4 will feature madrigals and more with the Black Hills Chamber Singers.
