Faculty Research Committee awards several grants

The Black Hills State University Faculty Research Committee recently approved funding for several research projects. The awards are as follows:

  • $3,000 – Dr. Dan Durbin, associate professor of science - Effectiveness of Hops as an Anti-fungal Agent in Aquaculture Applications
  • $2, 500 – Dr. Dan Spencer, associate professor of business – Effectiveness of Internal Destination Advertising Tactics
  • $2,500 – Chen Wu, assistant professor of business – A Maximum Score Test for Nested and Non-nested Hypotheses in Possibly Misspecified Binary Choice Models
  • $2,000 – Dr. Tim Molseed, associate professor of education – An Analysis of Peer Review Responses in an Online Graduate Capstone Class
