BHSU teams with Habitat for Humanity for fundraiser

Black Hills State University and the Northern Hills chapter of
the Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity are sponsoring a
Build-A-Burrito fundraiser May 5, Cinco de Mayo, at the Spearfish City Park Pavilion from 4-7 p.m.

The BHSU Optimist Club will be selling tickets for the event Monday, May 4 in the David B. Miller Yellow Jacket Student Union lobby from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. They will also sell raffle tickets for a flat-screen television and framed art print, donated by Karl’s in Spearfish, which will be given away at the dinner.

Tickets are $6 and can be purchased in advance by contacting Richard Raridon, volunteer coordinator at BHSU, at 642-6471 or RichardRaridon@BHSU.edu. Tickets may also be purchased at the door.
