BHSU music department offers First Friday entertainment

The music department at Black Hills State University will have a “First Friday” performance showcasing, Kim Ulmen, junior composite instrumental music major from Kadoka, Friday, March 6. She will present, “The Beauty of the Baritone Horn,” at 9:30 a.m. in Meier Hall Room 128.

“The music department wants to provide more opportunities for community members to meet our talented music students,” Larsen says, “We thought that providing programs in the morning with a chance to have breakfast with the arts might especially appeal to retirees, and give them a social venue as well. Everyone is welcome to attend.”

For more information, contact Dr. Janeen Larsen at or call 642-6241. Parking permits will be provided at the event.
