BHSU Yellow Jackets to host playoff games this weekend

The Black Hills State University Yellow Jackets will be at home for the first round of the Dakota Athletic Conference (DAC) Sunday, Feb. 22.

The women tip off at 2 p.m. followed by the men’s game at 4 p.m. at the Donald E. Young Sports and Fitness Center. Admission is $11 for adults and $4 for youth.

The men’s and women’s Yellow Jacket basketball teams are both ranked fifth in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) polls.

The tournament continues with the semifinal Feb. 25 followed by the finals on March 1. The 18th annual Division II tournaments will be March 11-17 at the Tyson Events Center/Gateway Arena in Sioux City, Iowa for the women and Keeter Gymnasium in Point Lookout, Mo. for the men.
