Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day supper to be held Jan. 19

The 10th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Chili/Soup Supper will be held Monday, Jan. 19 from 5-7 p.m. at the Mt. View Baptist Church and will benefit the Spearfish community food pantry.

The Spearfish Middle School Choir will be performing throughout the supper.  The middle school students will also have artwork on display that was created for the event.

The Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), in conjunction with the Spearfish Senior Center, Ameri*Corps VISTA office, and area churches, will be hosting the event.  Volunteers are still need for the event.  If you are interested in volunteering for this multi-generational event, contact the RSVP office at 642-5198.

This event is open to the public.  The cost is non-perishable food or cash donations for the local food pantry.
