Black Hills State University student, Brianna Mustard, received the Student Leadership Scholarship this year.

Mustard, senior mathematics major from Laramie, Wyo., along with several other student leader peers were selected by an award judges committee.  At the Annual Student Volunteer Awards Celebration, student attendees are asked to vote and the recipient was announced at the end of the night.

The Student Leadership Scholarship has been awarded for the past five years.  For the last two years, Queen City Regional Medical Clinic (QCRMC) has donated $3,000 each year to help BHSU reach the endowment goal for this award.

Jane Klug, BHSU director of student services, noted, “We truly appreciate their support and contributions which help us celebrate our students and their accomplishments.   As the provider for student health care on campus, QCRMC understands the importance of leadership and involvement.
