More than 200 candidates will be recognized during Black Hills State University’s 168th commencement ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. at the Donald E. Young Sports and Fitness Center. Degrees to be awarded to fall 2014 graduates include eight master’s degrees, 186 bachelor’s degrees and 19 associate’s degrees.

Approved Thursday by the South Dakota Board of Regents, the new degree program incorporates nationally recognized best practices for training future principals and administrators in South Dakota K-12 schools.
