His new composition will be premiered at the 2012 SDMTA annual conference which will be held in Spearfish.

Christopher Hahn, instructor of music at Black Hills State University, will perform a trumpet recital Thursday, Jan. 26 at 7:30 p.m. in the Clare and Josef Meier Recital Hall on the BHSU campus. An identical recital will be held at the First Methodist Church in Rapid City on Sunday, Jan. 29 at 4 p.m.

A total of 720 students maintained a grade point average of 3.5 or above while taking at least 12 credit hours to be named to the list this semester.
