BHSU students named to Spring 2019 Dean’s List

Black Hills State University has released the Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester. A total of 714 students maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while taking at least 12 credit hours. Students are listed by hometown or current place of residence. Students that achieved a 4.0 GPA are recognized with an asterisk (*).
 
BHSU has also released the part-time Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester. A total of 158 students maintained a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 or higher while taking less than 12 credit hours. Students are listed by hometown or current place of residence. Students that achieved a 4.0 GPA are recognized with an asterisk (*).

Descendants of Maude (Campbell) Dana named 2019 BHSU Legacy Family

Fourteen descendants of Maude (Campbell) Dana, Class of 1917, were honored this spring as the 2019 Black Hills State University Legacy Family. Grandma Dana, as Maude is fondly remembered by her loved ones, was known for inspiring and encouraging her family’s education. The Dana family is known for their strong support and care of the community through their success in the fields of dentistry, orthodontia, and financial management.
