Now offering online, career-training programs

South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity, located at Black Hills State University, announces two online career programs, Ed2Go &lsquoShort Term, Non Credit, Online Courses&rsquo and GATLIN &lsquoOnline Career Training Programs&rsquo. Both are designed to empower business professionals with an opportunity to sharpen their skills or learn new ones with over 200 high-quality, affordable instructor&ndashled courses.



Brittni Skipper, Assistant Director of the SD CEO, states, "Our Ed2Go &lsquoShort Term, Non Credit Online Courses&rsquo  are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignment, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. You can complete any course entirely from your home or office, any time of the day or night." Skipper added, "All of our courses are led by expert instructors, many of whom are nationally known authors. These courses are affordable, fun, fast, convenient, and geared just for you." New Ed2Go courses start every six weeks. The next course offerings begin February 18 March 18 and April 15.



Most of the online, noncredit courses are $99 and focus on the areas of business that management and employees find they need the most. Training includes: Business Fundamentals Managing Customer Service Purchasing Fundamentals Principles of Sales Management and Fundamentals of Supervision and Management.



The Online Career Training Programs are available to start anytime and range from three to six months, with many offering an extension period if necessary. Many programs include an industry certification exam, and internship and externship opportunities are available for select programs. They are entirely web-based, but expert instructors provide office hours and quick responses to any student questions.
